Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for unshipped orders are available before the order has been processed and dispatched for shipping. Even if an order hasn't been shipped, refunds can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped or it's been over 24hrs since you placed your order, you can no longer request a refund.
How to Request a Refund:
* To request a refund for an order that has not been shipped, please contact our customer service team at info@masterpiecellc.org with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
Refund Process:
* Once your refund request for an unshipped order is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. * Refunds for unshipped orders will be processed promptly but please allow for a processing time of up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
